Dudley Students' Union - Filming/Photography consent

Dudley College Students’ Union use photographs and digital film for a number of reasons. The main purpose is to celebrate the participation and success of students. Photographs and film are used for information and advertising purposes and may be used on display boards, plasma screens, on the college/Students’ Union website, in the college prospectus, on social media platforms, in the local media and a variety of other channels.


By ticking the Photography Consent box, you grant Dudley Students’ Union the right to use images resulting from photography/filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for any purpose in relation to Dudley Students’ Unions work including, without limitation, the right to use them as outlined above. You understand that Dudley College Students’ Union will keep all images/footage and use them for a period of no more than five years from the date images/footage was taken. You understand that you do not own the copyright or have any rights of ownership or other claim over the images. You agree that the images may be identified with my name, the course you studied and what my career or further study options were as a result of the course.
